Mrs. Nina Wilson, age 71, of Mayfield, KY passed away at 1:42 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at her daughters residence in Mayfield. Nina was of the Baptist Faith, had worked as an over the road truck driver and was a retired custodian from the Graves County High School. Survivors include her daughter – Tina Renee Witherspoon of Mayfield, KY; two sons – Tommy Holmes of Wickliffe, KY and Tony Holmes of Milburn, KY; sister – Judy Renard of Benton, KY and a brother – Raymond Adkins of Mayfield, KY; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband – Robert Gene Wilson; son – Gaylon Wayne Holmes; daughter – Angie Gentry; parents – Uylas & Rebecca Lorene (Strong) Adkins; sister – Sue Goheen and two brothers – Robert & Roy Adkins. Private Family services for Nina will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 with entombment to follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
