Mr. James Edward "Buster" Seay, age 89 of Boaz, Ky passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 12:15 PM at Baptist Health Paducah. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. He is survived by 1 daughter- Cindy (Walter) King of Boaz, 1 son- Larry (Lainie) Seay of Mayfield, 2 sisters- Wanda Curtis of Hickory, Brenda Hart of Mayfield, 1 brother- Jackie Seay of Lowes, 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife- Martha Seay, parents- Lonnie and Clara Hawes Seay, son- Randy Seay, 3 sisters- Dorothy Seay, Carolyn Peeler, Ann McGregor, 5 brothers- Robert Seay, Billy Joe Seay, Bobby Seay, Junior Seay and Jerry Seay. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, entombment will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleums, friends may call after 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield. Pallbearers will be Shannon Rule, Steven Rule, Shane Seay, Jason Seay, Mitchell Seay and Charlie Gargus. Honorary pallbearers will be Ryger Rule, Braylen Rule, Mason Gargus, Austin Seay, Kaleb Seymour, Cody Crider, Chandler Seay, Coy Seay, Ethan Seay, Dalton Seay, Kameron Booker, Brice Seay, Jayce Seay, Seth Seay and Daryl Thomas.
