Edward Wayne "Shotze" Lovan

December 9, 1957 - March 17, 2022

Edward (Shotze) Lovan, age 64, passed away Thursday March 17, 2022. He is survived by his brother and wife Frank and Jeanne Lovan and family. He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Nellie Lovan. Shotze was born in Germany where he picked up the nickname, which means Sweatheart, he grew up in Dublin Ky, spent some years in Colorado before coming back to Graves County He had many struggles his last several years but I will always remember his laugh, his smile, and the sparkle in his eyes. I will remember the young man full of life and excitement. I will remember watching his life go sideways and not being able to stop it. I will remember the empty place in my heart when he stayed away, But most of all, I will remember and miss the brother I love. His struggles are over in God’s embrace. No service is planned at this time.
