Daniel Sherman Hamm, Sr age 72 of Mayfield, formerly of Clinton passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at his residence. He was a member of the Church of Christ where he served as a missionary and minister for the past 52 years. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Kathleen “Kathy” Carter Hamm of Mayfield, children, Tammy Kathleen (Richard) Gray of Princeton, Daniel Sherman (Tammy) Hamm JR of Cassville, MO, Stephen Earl (Cora Dee) Hamm of Rogers, AR, Heather Virginia Hamm of Mayfield, and Lawrence Byron (Ashley) Hamm of Fort Walton Beach, FL, 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 3 sisters Sarah McCue of Bloomington, IN, Virginia “Ginny” Gerwe of Cincinnati, OH, and Yvonne Hughes of Hopkinsville, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ermil and Mary Virginia Williams Hamm and 1 brother James Hamm. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Jeff Bell officiating. Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
